Who are we?
National Delivery Champions Association (NDCA) represents and serves freelancers and self-employed persons whose main source of income is from food delivery or package delivery.
We advocate for all modes of delivery be it on Foot, bicycle, Power-assisted Bicycle, Power Mobility Aid, Motorbike, Car, Van or even Lorry! Whether you are doing Food or Parcels!
What do we do?
NDCA works closely with stakeholders to better support members in areas such as work prospects, work safety and adequate insurance coverage.

Championing your Rights
NDCA champions delivery workers interests by engaging stakeholders to help our delivery workers get better wages, welfare and work prospects.

28 November 2022: Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between WSHC and NDCA
Enhance the safety consciousness of involved parties and to uplift the overall Safety & Health of Platform Delivery Workers
12 July 2023: Representation for Platform Workers
Government accepts the eight recommendations by the Tripartite Workgroup on Representation for Platform Workers
7 August 2023: Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony with Grab
Officially signed a MOU to formally represent Grab’s Delivery workers’ livelihood.
29 November 2023: Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony with TADA
Offically signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to formally represent TADA’s Delivery-partners to deepen collaboration and information sharing9 January 2024: Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony with Gogox
Officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to formally represent Gogox’s Drivers Partners to enhance skills training development and information sharing.
28 March 2024: NTUC Launches Physical Helpdesk and Online Directory for Freelancers
In partnership with NLB, the NTUC U FSE Centre at the National Library Building is a helpdesk where freelancers and self-employed persons can seek assistance.
