Financial Support for PMA Compliance to our NDCA Members

Up to $30 subsidy for valid medication certificate

With the enhanced regulations on Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs), users are now required to obtain certification from a medical professional to continue using mobility scooters.

To support our members who rely on PMAs for delivery work, NDCA will be providing up to $30 financial assistance to help offset out-of-pocket compliance costs.

Who Is Eligible?

• existing NDCA member with a valid medical certificate
• an active platform work account with at least one job completed in the past month

How to Claim Your Subsidy

1. Book an appointment with a certified medical professional and obtain your medical certificate.
2. Complete the online application form and submit your required documents to ndca@ntuc.org.sg.
3. Once your application is verified, you will receive up to $30 via PayNow-NRIC.

Required documents included:

• medical certificate
• official receipt
• profile page of the platform app, and
• records of jobs completed in the past 1 month
